Building a great tone for live shows, part 3: Mission 96% accomplished

Goals:

1) portability, pedalboard solution

2) tube sound, no digital amp simulation

3) line out, no speakers

4) crystal clean (Fender-like) tone

5) smooth and fat overdrive tone

6) electric and acoustic guitar solution

7) cheap

Well, the goal was to get the smooth and fat overdrive sound, but I was wondering if this setup can do metal too.
